SRA have a major commitment to the provision of training for executives and senior managers in the implementation of Race Equality Schemes as required for the public sector by legislation. This work ranges from one day seminars to ongoing contracts to support the development of Race Equality Schemes with mentoring and learning materials.   

SRA also work with private sector businesses to ensure that diversity and generic equality issues are mainstreamed in policies and processes. Consultation with minority ethnic and faith groups is also a specialism.

Other work includes:

• Planning better public transport provision to access large religious festivals, working in partnership with faith communities.

• Writing good practice guides on consultation with minority ethnic groups.
